Cart Buddy is offered in colors designed to coordinate with the standard seat colors used by the original golf cart manufacturers. Use the Find Your Cart Buddy tool to select your make and model and see the currently available colors.

Custom colors, textures, and finishes may be available by special request. Contact us before ordering so we can review your project. For the closest possible match, we may ask you to send a small sample of the material or color you want us to match.

Yes. Contact our team with your logo or artwork and a description of the result you want. We will review the artwork, color, material, pricing, and production details with you before the custom order is finalized.

Cart Buddy is made in the USA.

You can order directly from our website or purchase through a qualified golf cart dealer. If you would like help locating a dealer, call us at (800) 275-1847.

In-stock orders placed before 12:00 noon Central Time are typically shipped the same business day, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after noon normally ship the next business day. Weekend orders are typically shipped the following Monday.

Most standard orders arrive within two to three business days after shipment. Delivery timing can vary by destination, carrier conditions, and holiday schedules.

Expedited and next-day delivery are not currently offered through our standard checkout. If you have a specific deadline, contact us before ordering and we will let you know what options may be available.

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing the carrier tracking number and a link you can use to follow the shipment online.

No. Cash on delivery is not currently available.

Yes. Our website uses a combination of product photography and carefully prepared product imagery, but the Cart Buddy you receive is the same product design and construction shown. Screen settings can cause minor color differences, so contact us if you need help confirming a precise color match.

Yes. We stand behind the quality of Cart Buddy and offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us so we can help resolve the issue or arrange a return.

If you are not happy with your Cart Buddy, you may return it within 30 days. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us before sending the product back so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Cart Buddy is covered for 12 months from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects and normal wear and tear. Damage caused by accidents, abuse, or unusual wear is not covered. Under normal conditions, your Cart Buddy should provide dependable comfort for many years.

Some compatible makes and models may not yet be pictured online. Contact us with your golf cart make, model, and year so we can confirm fitment. If we do not currently make it, we may consider adding it to our product line.
